I am Mysty, a registered nurse with a Master's degree in Psychology/Life Coaching. I look forward to using my years of nursing knowledge and experience to walk alongside you as you seek optimal health. My goal as your wellness coach is to: Listen closely to your idea of health. Meet you where you are to formulate a plan that works for you. Identify your strengths, talents, and abilities, and help you apply them to your health goals. Understand you are in charge of your health plan. Identify areas of stress, sleep, and lifestyle that are affecting your quality of life. If needed and requested, I provide educational classes for: Metabolic Syndrome/Diabetes/Prediabetes/Fatty Liver/Cholesterol/Autoimmune Conditions/Bowel Distress-Dysfunction
